Returns & Refunds

Our returns policy allows you to return your item(s) and request a full refund within 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.

To request a refund you must provide us with your receipt as proof of purchase, which you would have received by email when you purchased. Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

To be eligible for a refund, your item(s) must be:
– Unused and in the original condition they were received in
– In the original packaging

Once we have received and inspected the returned item(s), we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also notify you of our decision to approve or reject your refund request. If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 working days. If you used PayPal, the refund will be immediate.

If the return is not received in the original packaging, a 50% refund will be issued. However, if the returned product(s) are in poor condition (damaged), Fit Peak will be in the position to refuse any refund.

Several types of products cannot be returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products for intimate or sanitary use, hazardous products or flammable gases or liquids.

Other items that cannot be returned are:
– Gift cards
– Downloadable software
– Certain health and personal care products

There are certain situations where only a partial refund is granted (if applicable):
– Books with obvious signs of use.
– CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
– Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or has certain parts missing for reasons not due to our error.
– Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Returning your item(s):
To return a product, you must mail the product to Unit 17, Stephenson Court, Bedford, Bedfordshire, MK44 3WJ, along with your proof of purchase and order number (this can be found on the email receipt you received when you purchased). Please note, we do not have a return address in Europe/US/Canada.

The buyer is responsible for paying any shipping costs to return any item; this applies to all international postage as well. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item worth more than £50, you should consider using a trackable delivery service or purchasing delivery insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you return to us.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account again first.
Next, contact your credit card issuer, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time required before a refund is posted.
If after completing all of these steps you still have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].

Sale items (if applicable):
Only regular priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges (if applicable):
If you’re looking for another size of the product you have ordered, and it is not defective or damaged, please return your product in it’s original condition for a refund and purchase the new size of the product you require.

We only replace an item if it is defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange the defective/damaged item for the same product, please send us an email to [email protected] and send us the damaged/defective product to: Unit 17, Stephenson Court, Bedford, Bedfordshire, MK44 3WJ.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product (for damaged or defective items only) may vary.

If the returned item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once we have received the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not identified as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver preferred to receive the item first and give it to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will know that you have returned the item.
